#Janathon Day 6: Back to pilates

Pilates class tonight. I’ve only been doing this 6 weeks or so and I was feeling the progress before Christmas, but for various reasons missed 2 weeks and have that inevitable back at square one feeling. Still, I really enjoy it and it feels like it does me good. I have to be careful of my dicky hip and dodgy back. I seem to have no ability to balance on my side. At all. Very odd.
